Cory Cancila, Senior VP Human Resources, Equity Residential

Many thanks to you, Patti and David for being loving companions and guides…. You deliver all that you say you will and so much more. I will always remember to play one intention at a time and that I am always, always in choice. With joined palms I bow deeply in gratitude.

Monica Kingsbury

It is often a revelation for meeting planners when we suggest that as speakers we don’t bring the expertise – we evoke it from the participants attending the conference. Our keynote sessions are memorable, meaningful, fun and carry a punch because we don’t drop data and knowledge from on high, we open participants to fresh perspectives and personal insights. If you are a meeting planner who wants to infuse your gathering with personal, relevant keynote sessions that help your group step beyond their ordinary work-a-day world and leave knowing they have the capacity to create the changes they desire, we are for you. What makes Patti and David stand out?

We have the rare ability to combine meaningful content with memorable stories, humor, and a “tell it like it is” style. Audiences stay engaged, get great insights and tools to use right away, and leave motivated to apply them.

How will these motivational and business keynote speakers work with me?

Not only are we low maintenance, we are easy to work with. As hard as we try, we never come up with any “monster demands.” Just two glasses of water with no ice on stage, some wireless lavaliere microphones, and that’s it, we’re happy.

In Preparation, We will:

  • Ask you to fill out a pre-program questionnaire. We want to learn about your organization and your intentions. We’ll know what you do.
  • Know the theme of your meeting, and relate our program to it. We’ll be relevant.

Before the Program, We will:

  • Let you know when we arrive. We’ll be accessible from the time we get there until the time we leave. Your success is our success; we’re 100% committed to helping you create a successful event.
  • Coordinate with the set up crew, and be in the meeting room for a sound check at least one hour before we speak. We want to ensure things go smoothly.

During the Program, We will:

  • Present information that is high impact and relevant.
  • Draw from our own experience and expertise, mix in some great personal stories and humor. If we need them we’ll create great visuals and give great value.
  • Engage and involve the audience.

After the Program, We will:

  • Be available to answer questions, hear audience comments, and sign books.
  • Make resources available with your permission. We will never turn their program into a sales pitch. Ever. We will send a copy of our email newsletter for each audience member as follow up if desired.
  • Suggest strategies to continue the impact of the message.

Always, We will:

  • Tell you the truth. You can count on us for honesty and integrity 100% of the time.

Contact us if you are ready for low maintenance high impact speakers.

(These commitments were adopted from Ava Diamond’s adaptation of ones originally developed by Jim Cathcart, CSP, CPAE and past-president of the National Speakers Association, as a personal and professional code of conduct for speakers.)
