Learning is most effective when it is embodied and experiential. Too often teaching/facilitating attempts to provide meaning first and then see if that meaning applies to life. People actually learn in the opposite order, by having “hot” experiences and making meaning second. The way we frame ‘learning” determines the possibilities we see or don’t see, the potential we fulfill or don’t fulfill.
